使用条款（Terms & Conditions）

本使用条款适用于 Goldunity Global Realty（金水桥国际地产）提供的在线教育平台，包括但不限于执照考试培训课程、题库系统、模拟考试、会员服务与教学视频等所有教学资源。使用我们的服务即表示您同意以下条款。

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the License Coaching Services provided by Goldunity Global Realty (“we,” “our,” or “us”) on our learning platform, including exam prep courses, question banks, video lessons, and any related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. 服务对象 / Eligibility

本平台服务对象为合法注册用户，且用于个人学习目的。禁止共享账户、多人共用、或非法复制内容。

Our services are intended for individual registered users only. Account sharing, group usage, or unauthorized duplication of content is strictly prohibited.

2. 用户注册 / User Registration

您在注册时需提供真实、完整的信息，并负责保护您的账户安全。若发现滥用或欺诈行为，我们有权暂停或终止账户使用。

You must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or fraud.

3. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

平台所有内容，包括课程、题库、视频、讲义、图像、音频等，均属 Goldunity Global Realty 所有，受版权保护。未经书面授权不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。

All content on the platform (courses, videos, question banks, PDFs, graphics, etc.) is the intellectual property of Goldunity Global Realty and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.

4. 付款与退款政策 / Payment & Refund Policy

所有课程与会员费用需一次性支付，订阅服务为期制。

付费后如无特殊说明，概不退款（除非课程因故取消或平台错误）。

如有退款争议，请联系 support@niurenweb.com 申请处理。

All payments must be made in full upfront unless otherwise specified. No refunds will be issued unless a course is canceled by us or due to technical errors. For refund disputes, contact us at support@niurenweb.com

5. 禁止行为 / Prohibited Conduct

您不得从事以下行为：

• 共享账户或转让课程访问权限
• 使用自动化程序爬取、复制题库内容
• 在未经授权的情况下销售平台课程或模拟题
• 发布侮辱、歧视、骚扰性言论或内容

You may not:

• Share or transfer access to your account or courses
• Scrape or copy content using automated tools
• Resell or distribute our courses or materials
• Post offensive or inappropriate content

6. 服务中断与平台责任 / Downtime & Liability

尽管我们尽力保持服务持续稳定，但我们不对短期中断、技术错误或第三方服务不可用负责。

While we aim to ensure uninterrupted service, we are not liable for temporary outages, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

7. 修改与终止 / Modification & Termination

我们有权随时修改服务内容与条款，并可在必要时中止某项服务或课程。用户可选择是否继续使用。

We reserve the right to update terms, modify services, or discontinue offerings at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

8. 法律适用 / Governing Law

本协议受加州法律管辖。如有争议，双方同意提交洛杉矶县具有管辖权的法院解决。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County.
