联盟推广计划条款

本条款适用于参与 A+ 洛杉矶房地产学院（以下简称“我们”） 旗下房地产执照与贷款执照教学平台之联盟推广计划的合作伙伴。 通过加入本联盟计划，即表示您同意并遵守以下条款。

These Terms govern your participation in the Affiliate Program operated by A+ Los Angeles Real Estate Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the program, you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. 资格与注册 / Eligibility & Registration

• 申请人须年满 18 周岁
• 须拥有可接收佣金的有效银行账户或 PayPal / 支付宝账户
• 审核通过后，系统将分配专属推广链接

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payout account. Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link.

2. 推广方式 / Promotional Guidelines

• 允许通过网站、社交媒体、微信群、邮件等合法渠道推广
• 严禁虚假宣传、夸大承诺、垃圾信息推广
• 不得损害 A+ 洛杉矶房地产学院品牌形象

Affiliates may promote via lawful online and offline channels. Misleading claims, spam, or reputation-damaging behavior are prohibited.

3. 佣金机制 / Commission Structure

• 通过您的专属链接成功报名并付款的学员视为有效推荐
• 佣金比例为课程成交价的 10%–30%
• 具体比例依合作等级或单独协议为准

Valid referrals generate commissions ranging from 10% to 30% of the course price. Final rates depend on your affiliate tier or agreement.

4. 结算与支付 / Payout Terms

• 每周结算一次
• 账户佣金满 $30 美元可申请提现
• 支持 PayPal / 支付宝 / 银行转账

Payments are processed weekly with a minimum payout threshold of $30. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting.

5. 禁止行为 / Prohibited Conduct

• 自我推荐或虚假下单套利
• 冒用他人身份或账户获取佣金
• 未经授权使用学院 LOGO、教材或官方名义

Any violation may result in commission forfeiture and permanent termination of affiliate status.

6. 条款变更 / Program Changes

我们有权随时修改本条款、佣金比例或终止联盟计划， 最新版本将公布于 niurenweb.com。

7. 法律适用 / Governing Law

本协议受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖， 所有争议提交洛杉矶县法院处理。
